Terms of Service for Taskr

Published by Insite Works Limited. These terms cover the iOS Taskr field app. This is not a complete commercial contract.

Taskr is a construction field app from Insite Works Limited. Access is sold as an organizational (company) subscription billed in HKD. Seats are provisioned by the company admin; there is no public self-serve join of an arbitrary company. There is no public card trial — invited pilots use a founder-issued promo code (60 days).

Use of the app

• Use Taskr only for work your company has authorized on that company’s projects.
• Do not upload content you are not allowed to share (including photos of people or sites where you lack permission).
• Keep your sign-in details confidential. Company admins manage who has a seat.

Data and accounts

Task, photo, and project records belong to the company that created them. A worker cannot wipe company data by leaving or by requesting account removal in the app. Seat removal is an admin action; jobsite history may keep actor names for auditability.

Availability

We provide Taskr as-is for this commercial launch. Features, uptime, and support channels may change. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is abusive or unauthorized. This launch is iOS-first.
